Each panel's design, ratings, protection, testing and documentation are defined in the accepted quotation and approved specifications before fabrication. Borehole & Submersible Pump Panels
For boreholes we supply direct-on-line, soft-starter and variable speed drive (VSD) panels, so you can match the starting method to the pump and the supply. Common add-ons are dry-run and low-level cut-out, overload and phase-loss protection, lightning and surge protection for exposed sites, float or pressure switching, and remote start/stop or GSM alerts for remote boreholes. We can also supply complete off-grid solar pump inverter systems.
Water Supply & Booster Panels
Panels that hold steady pressure for homes, estates and commercial buildings. Choose a single pump, or a duty/standby or duty/assist set with automatic changeover between pumps. Typical features are pressure transducer control, low-pressure and dry-run protection, and interlocking with break tanks and reservoir levels.
Irrigation Panels
Control for centre-pivot, drip, sprinkler and flood irrigation, from a simple pump starter to multi-block sequencing. Scheduling, flow-based operation and solar or generator-ready designs are available, in weatherproof enclosures suited to outdoor farm conditions and long cable runs.

Agreed Design and Supply Scope
For standard product-only orders, site installation and commissioning are excluded unless specifically included in an accepted quotation. Custom panel design, assembly, programming, testing and commissioning support are included only to the extent described in the accepted scope. This does not exclude responsibility for work, representations or advice Softcore actually undertakes or any applicable statutory obligation.
Enclosure ratings, protection, drawings, programming, test records and support are specified for the particular application in the quotation. Please provide accurate motor, supply and site information for assessment.
Installation and Commissioning
Products requiring specialist installation, wiring, configuration or commissioning must be handled by persons suitably qualified and competent for the particular work, with any registration or authorisation required by applicable law. Installation and operation must follow the manufacturer's instructions, product ratings and applicable safety requirements.
Damage caused by incorrect installation or wiring, unsuitable supply voltage or phase, incorrect configuration, inadequate protection where required, unauthorised alteration, misuse or operation outside specified limits is not treated as a manufacturing defect. Any exclusion is applied only to the extent supported by a reasonable technical assessment of the cause of the failure and permitted by applicable law. An installer's qualification status alone does not automatically establish the cause of failure or remove statutory rights.
For assessment, Softcore may request reasonably relevant purchase, installation and commissioning information, including model and serial details, installer details, settings, test records, photographs and a certificate of compliance where legally required. Customers must not open energised equipment, disconnect wiring or remove installed or submerged equipment merely to obtain information. Missing paperwork does not automatically invalidate a statutory claim; available records and reasonable alternatives will be considered.
Softcore will explain assessment outcomes and the basis for any rejected claim. Proposed chargeable inspection, repair, transport or other non-warranty work will be disclosed and authorised in advance where required. Nothing in this clause excludes applicable rights concerning defective goods, incorrect supply, defective workmanship, fitness for a purpose where legally applicable, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
